The failure of the military command chain was blamed on the burning of a U.S. warship in San Diego California in July 2020.
According to the new report, among those involved in the burning of the USS Bonhomme Richard were 36 sailors including five Admirals.
In the said fire, their failure to respond to the fire was also baptized.
Arson has also been charged against a sailor who allegedly started the fire because of his anger at his commanders, although it was allegedly due to the failure to respond to the fire so the damage would have been small.
Among those allegedly identified were the troop’s failure to alert despite ten minutes when the fire started and their failure to activate the firegighting foam system.
It will be recalled that up to 40 sailors and 23 civilians were injured in the said incident.
