President Duterte Duterte, grateful for vaccine donations of US, Japan for COVID 19

President Duterte sincerely thanked the US and Japanese governments for the continued donation of COVID 19 vaccines to the Philippines.
The Chief Executive did this in his ‘Talk to the People’ public briefing.
He added that because of the vaccine donations, Filipinos will have a happy Christmas.
Japan has previously promised 1.96 million doses of AstraZeneca vaccines, while a similar number of vaccines have been and will be provided by the United States.
According to President Duterte, the US and Japan continue to prove the true spirit of mutual friendship in times of crisis.
