Nasal spray, not a medicine vs COVID-19 – FDA
Written by DZAT on September 23, 2021
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has clarified that nasal spray is not a drug against COVID-19.
During the Laging Handa Public Briefing, FDA director general Eric Domingo said that nasal spray vaccines against COVID-19 are still undergoing clinical trials.
While not yet approved, Domingo said the nasal spray is only a nasal spray and cannot be used as a substitute drug against COVID-19.
