Mandatory COVID-19 vaccine proposal, filed in the House

The bill calling for “mandatory COVID-19 vaccination” for Filipinos in the country was tabled in the House.
In House Bill 10249 by House Committee on Peoples Participation chairman and San Jose del Monte, Bulacan Rep. Rida Robes is pushing for mandatory vaccination for all Filipinos who are “eligibleâ€.
According to the legislator, the proposal is a solution to health and economic issues.
Robes believes that when the majority of Filipinos are vaccinated, many will be protected against COVID-19, which will also result in economic recovery from the severe effects of the pandemic.
