Authorities have released hundreds of political prisoners in Myanmar months after the military took over power through a coup.
According to some who were released, they were very worried because they thought they would not be able to go home to their families.
It was also confirmed that many more prisoners will be released in the next few days.
It will be recalled that hundreds if not thousands were arrested after various groups staged anti-coup demonstrations.
The ousted leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, remains in custody after being charged with multiple cases.
