Written by on October 21, 2021

Gilas Pilipinas player Jordan Heading has been selected to play in Taiwan.

The T1 League announced that the Taichun Suns team has selected Heading.

Heading considers it a return to the said country as it attended Morrison High School in Taichung.

The Filipino-Australian guard first played for Gilas Pilipinas in June in the Fiba Asia Cup qualifiers.

He is also part of the national team of the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Serbia.

He also became Terrafirma’s first overall pick in the 2020 PBA Draft.

The 25-year-old Heading is the third Filipino to play in the T1 League after Jason Brickman and Caelan Tiongson.
