Donaire has already accepted Casimero’s apology

Nonito Donaire Jr. has accepted the apology of his fellow Filipino boxer John Riel Casimero.

When confronted by the two in an online interview, Casimero apologized to his team and fans who were involved in their exchange of words on social media of the so-called “The Filipino Flash”.

Casimero also apologized to Donaire’s wife and manager Rachel so that their confrontation could continue.

It will be recalled that the two were scheduled to appear in August but it was canceled after Casimero allegedly insulted Donaire’s wife through social media.

The two also exchanged “Trash talk” on social media for several weeks.

Donaire holds the WBC bantamweight title while Casimero is currently the WBO bantamweight champion.
