Written by on September 8, 2021

The Department of Education (DepEd) has relocated the Oplan Balik Eskwela Public Assistance Commander Center nationwide to clarify all issues related to the resumption of classes this year.

“We want to make sure that we will be able to address all enrollment-related issues and queries of the stakeholders for us to assist them and create policies if deemed necessary,” Education Secretary Leonor Briones said.

It is also just a reminder to parents to enroll their children before the resumption of classes this coming Monday, September 13.

As of September 6, 17.9 million had enrolled for School Year 2021-2022.

Issues related to ‘school opening’ can be brought to the attention of DepEd by calling hotlines, emails, text and social media.

‘Walk ins’ are not allowed as part of health protocols to protect department staff as well.

“To protect the health of the persons involved, the set-up is strictly limited to concerned personnel only. We will practice stringent health and safety protocols throughout the OBE campaign without sacrificing our service to the public, ”Usec said. Nepomuceno Malaluan.
