At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 135 km East Northeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.6°N, 126.8°E) embedded in the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
