Alaska dropped to the playoffs after losing to SMB 101-100

The San Miguel Beermen have ended the Alaska Aces ’campaign in the 2021 PBA Philippine Cup.
This was after the Beermen defeated the Aces 101-100 in a game held in Pampanga.
Marcio Lassiter is considered the hero of the Beermen’s win where he scored his three-pointer in the remaining three seconds of the last quarter.
The Aces still held a 98-100 advantage within three seconds when Beermen coach Leo Austria made no mistake in entrusting the ball to Lassiter until the ball was inserted.
Certainly the Beermen’s entry into the playoffs where they have seven wins and four losses.
CJ Perez had 20 points, six rebounds and four steals while Lassiter had 13 points, four rebounds and two assists.
