100-percent enrollment turnout for S.Y. 2021-2022- DepEd

The Department of Education (DepEd) thanked parents and students after surpassing the 100 percent enrollment turnout for School Year 2021-2022.
Based on the Learner Information System (LIS) Quick Count report on September 18, 2021, there were 28,219,623 students enrolled or 107.6 percent compared to enrollment in 2020.
The data also shows that 15 of the 17 regions have reached an enrollment rate of about 100 percent, with some students who did not enroll last year returning to school.
So far, Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) has the highest enrollment turnout rate with a total number of 1,117,725 enrollees.
